THIS SUMMER :-"BEAT THE HEAT"

5.c CUCUMBER:-
U love this one ,right!Most of all like to have it in our salads.In summer u can eat this raw also .

1.COLD DRINKS&SOFT DRINKS:-
These are cool to mouth only.Loaded with artificial sugars, chemicals,sweetener, flavouring agents which are not only difficult to metabolize but also toxic for body.
2.PACKED&FRIED STUFF:-
Too much sugar,excess salts,many chemicals ,zero nutrients..
3.FOODS LOADED WITH FATS&CHEMICALS:-
Naturally eating high amount of fats increases body heat.
The chemicals & preservatives we are consuming from outside are difficult to metabolize and increases body heat.
SMALL CHANGES BUT GREAT IMPACT
1.Add at least 20 minutes of daily exercise to your life style. This makes u sweat out all the toxins&cools your body.
2.Invest in a good sunscreen which will protect your skin from UV rays.sunscreen with SPF 50 are good enough.
3.Carry water or drinks with electrolytes while you are travelling.
4.Sunglasses are a good option to protect your eyes from harmful UV rays
5. MAINTAIN PROPER HYGIENE:-
in summer we sweat a lot,so if you don't maintain a proper hygiene it will help bacterial growth and cause itching.Make sure that foul smell don't come from your body .
Bonus tip:-
While we are talking about summers how can we forget about "CHANDAN/SANDAL WOOD POWDER". It's used traditionally to reduce body heat and improve skin glow.
Just take some amount of chandan and mix with water and apply on your forehead.within 5-10 minutes you will start feeling the cooling effects.
